Hi, I'm Orlagh, founder of Danú Forest Bathing. I am based in South Dublin, where I offer forest bathing experiences in Fernhill Park and Gardens, Stepaside.

I have a passion for nature, the outdoors and mental health. These passions drew me towards training to be a forest bathing guide. I trained with Nádúr Centre for Integrative Forest Therapy back in 2021 and have been operating my forest bathing business since March 2023. I have a degree in Science from UCD, with a major in Zoology, after which I worked in environmental education for nearly 5 years. I have worked in education since 2009, inspiring and education groups of all ages, backgrounds and nationalities.
