Solas Relaxation provides mindfulness and meditation classes as well as embodiment coaching sessions. We work with families, children, parents and individuals teaching mindfulness, relaxation and awareness techniques and skills to help you feel relaxed and calm. The sessions release anxiety, tension and stress held in the body and are catered to the needs of the client. We use a mixture of embodiment and presence practices such as mindfulness and meditation, as well as journalling and breathwork.
Family and parent sessions are centred around making awareness and mindfulness fun for children so they will want to practice it to help them let go of worries and anxiety.
