I am honored to present a transformative Kundalini yoga class and meditation at this excellent venue. Kundalini yoga is a powerful practice that combines movement, breathwork, and mantra to awaken the dormant energy within us, known as Kundalini. Through a dynamic blend of kriyas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), and meditative techniques, this class is designed to connect students with their highest potential, fostering balance between body, mind, and spirit.

Kundalini yoga works on an energetic level, clearing blockages in the body’s energy centers, known as chakras.
